Meta Muse Custom Connector: How to Set Up a WhatsApp Assistant for Your Business With Muse
The short answer
Muse needs no settings page for this. Paste one prompt and it works out the connection to Conciergr on its own computer in the cloud, shows you a Connect card, and, once you approve, signs you up for an assistant that answers customers on your business's own WhatsApp number. The address it needs is https://conciergr.com/mcp. Of the apps we've tried, Muse is the only one that did this part by itself.
We ran the prompt below in Muse on 1 November 2026. With one nudge, explained in the questions below, it reached Stripe's card page, where we stopped.
Before you connect: what Muse's own screen says
Read this first, because this connection can read your customers' chats if you ask it to. Muse's Connect screen says "Meta doesn't review custom connectors or how they use your information", and that the information used for your tasks is covered by a privacy policy explaining how Meta uses it, "including to improve AI at Meta". Meta's help page (read 1 November 2026) adds that disconnecting stops new data, but what Muse already used may stay in its memory and history, though you can ask it to forget.
So use Muse for the signup and settings, and don't ask it to read or summarise customer chats. If you want an AI app to work through your chats, check that app's data terms first.

The prompt to paste into Muse
The steps
- Copy the prompt above.
- Paste it into Muse, in the app or on muse.ai.
- Allow it to reach conciergr.com. Muse checks how the address signs in, and asks "Allow Muse to share information with conciergr.com?" a few times. Allow once works; Always allow this site saves tapping.
- Press Connect, then approve. Muse shows a Conciergr card. Press Connect, then Connect again on its warning screen. Conciergr's page opens: sign in with your business email and connect Muse. Our page calls it Muse, so you can check.
- Tell it your business name. It starts your signup and hands you the card page.
- Add your card on Stripe's page, yourself. Muse can buy things for you in other places, but here it stops and hands over. Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial.
- Connect your WhatsApp number in Meta's window, on the phone with your WhatsApp Business app.
- Let it set everything up. Your assistant stays paused until you say to switch it on.
Prices are on the pricing page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Muse says it got a 403 from Cloudflare. What now?
Reply: "Retry the connector through the MCP SDK or with a normal User-Agent header, such as python-httpx." In our run, Muse's first script used a client signature that the security check on our site blocks, and Muse stopped rather than work around it. That reply got it through.
Can I get Muse where I am?
Meta launched Muse in the US in September 2026 and announced it for Singapore in October. It let us join from Singapore on 1 November 2026, and asked for no card when we did. Elsewhere, try it, and if you can't get in, use Claude or ChatGPT.
Muse also runs in WhatsApp. Is that the same thing?
No. Chatting to Muse in WhatsApp is you talking to your own agent. Conciergr is what your customers reach when they message your business. Muse helps you set Conciergr up, and it can't message your customers through it.
Can I add the connector by hand?
Not as a form: Meta's help page (read 1 November 2026) says you ask Muse to create a custom connector, which is what the prompt does. To remove it, go to Settings, then Connectors. You can also press Disconnect in your Conciergr portal, and it stops at once.
Do you have this for other AI apps?
Yes: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and your dot in ChatGPT. All of them are on the AI assistants page.
Conciergr answers your enquiries in seconds, around the clock, from documents you own, and your team keeps using WhatsApp exactly as before. Sign up by pasting one prompt into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini; you add the card and connect WhatsApp yourself, and the first 30 days are free.
