Let your AI assistant set up and run Conciergr for you.

Conciergr works with the AI assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI app that can add a plugin or custom connector. Connect it once and it can do anything you can do in your portal: fill in your settings, build your Google Sheet and Doc, add your team, and read your chats to tell you what is waiting. It never sends messages to your customers, and your assistant stays paused until you switch it on.

Watch it first

Two short videos, start to finish.

Signing up with ChatGPT, start to finish (91 seconds, narrated). Claude works the same way.
Setting up with Claude or ChatGPT (Claude shown): connect it, ask how your setup looks, answer its questions (75 seconds, narrated).

Step 1

Connect your AI app.

The address to add: https://conciergr.com/mcp

  1. Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Paste the address, then Connect.
  2. ChatGPT: on chatgpt.com in a web browser, open Plugins, press Add, then Add custom MCP server. Name it Conciergr, paste the address, leave Authentication on OAuth, and sign in when Conciergr's page opens. The phone app can't add it yet, but uses it once it's added.
  3. Any other AI app that can add a plugin or custom connector (sometimes called an MCP server): the same address.

Your AI app opens a Conciergr page: sign in with the address you use for Conciergr, choose your business and press Connect. Not sure where the setting is? Paste this into your AI app and it walks you through it:

I want to add Conciergr to you as a plugin or custom connector (in ChatGPT, add it on chatgpt.com in a web browser: Plugins, Add, Add custom MCP server; the phone app can't add one yet, but uses it once it's added), so you can help me set up and run my WhatsApp assistant. Its MCP server address is https://conciergr.com/mcp. It signs in with OAuth: there is no API key, and any client ID and client secret fields stay empty, because Conciergr registers you automatically. Walk me through adding it in this app, one step at a time, and wait for me to say "done" after each step. When it's added, tell me how to use it in a chat.

Step 2

Paste this into a chat with Conciergr switched on.

Set up my Conciergr WhatsApp assistant for me, using the Conciergr connector. 1. Start with Conciergr's overview and guide, so you know what is already set and what is missing. 2. Learn my business before asking me anything: read my website and look through my Google Drive for price lists, timetables, policies and FAQs. 3. Give my assistant its two documents: one Google Sheet (classes, schedules, fees, locations) and one Google Doc (policies, FAQs, how we handle common questions). Use my existing files if they fit; otherwise copy Conciergr's templates into my Drive and fill them in. Share both with the address Conciergr gives you, then link them. 4. Fill in every setting you can. Then interview me, a few questions at a time, for anything you couldn't find, such as how customers book a first visit, how they pay, our team hours, who should get urgent alerts, our signup and review links, and how we like to sound. 5. Check what the assistant learned from my documents and fix anything wrong or missing. 6. Remind me to switch off Greeting and Away messages in my WhatsApp Business app. 7. Give me a short summary of everything you set, and switch the assistant on only when I say so.

It reads your website and your Google Drive first, asks you a few questions at a time for whatever it could not find, and shows you a summary before your assistant answers anyone.

What it can do

Everything you can do in your portal, except message your customers.

A connected AI app acts as the person who connected it, with exactly their access. An owner's AI app can change settings, link documents, manage the team, change the plan and pause or switch on the assistant; a staff member's can work in the Team Inbox only. It cannot send messages to your customers, take a payment, or connect a WhatsApp number: those stay with you.

Every change it makes is recorded, you can disconnect it in your portal at any time, and if someone leaves your team, the AI app they connected stops working at once. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for what it does with what it reads; see our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Not signed up yet? Your AI assistant can sign you up too: the prompt is on the signup page, under Sign up with my AI assistant. You still add the card and connect WhatsApp yourself.

Rather do it yourself? Your portal walks you through the same setup by hand, and the user guide explains every setting.

Questions

Common questions.

Which AI apps work with Conciergr?

Claude and ChatGPT, which we test, and any other AI app that can add a plugin or custom connector (sometimes called an MCP server) by its address: https://conciergr.com/mcp. An AI assistant built into your browser can also work on your Conciergr portal page directly while you are signed in.

Does connecting an AI assistant cost extra?

No. It is included in every Conciergr plan, including the 30-day trial. Your AI app's own subscription is between you and its provider.

Can my AI assistant send messages to my customers?

No. A connected AI app can do what you can do in your portal and Team Inbox, such as change settings, link documents, manage your team and read chats, but it cannot send messages to your customers. Your assistant also stays paused until you switch it on.

How do I stop a connected AI app?

Press Disconnect next to it in your portal, and it stops working at once. If you remove someone from your team, any AI app they connected stops working on its next request too.
