About

About Conciergr

Conciergr is an always-on receptionist for WhatsApp that answers customer enquiries in seconds, day and night, for tuition centres, swim schools, dance studios and other class-based businesses. It works on the business's own number, answers only from a Google Doc and Sheet the business keeps, and hands anything it can't answer to a person on the team. It was built alongside tuition and enrichment centres in Singapore, and today it answers parents across 35 business locations.

What Conciergr does

Front Desk: every enquiry answered, at any hour

Fees, timetables, availability and policies are answered in seconds, in the business's own tone, in whatever language the customer writes in, voice notes included. The parent who messages at 9pm gets an answer at 9pm, so they book with you instead of the business that replies on Thursday.

Follow-Up Nudges: the enquiries that went quiet, brought back

An enquiry that hasn't booked gets one polite nudge the next day, while the interest is still warm. After a trial or first visit, the customer is checked in with at 1, 4 and 8 days unless they have signed up or written back. That's the follow-up a busy front desk means to do and rarely has time for.

Bookings: trial classes booked inside the chat

The assistant takes down who's coming and which class, confirms on the spot, emails the booking to the business and reminds the customer the day before. A business that already uses a booking system can send customers its own booking link instead.

Review Engine: more Google reviews from happy customers

Customers who have signed up are asked for a Google review two days after their visit, once, with the right link for their branch. Reviews are what fill next term's classes.

Know Your Pipeline: where every enquiry came from and where it stopped

Every enquiry is logged: what was asked, who booked, who enrolled and where the rest stalled. The owner sees conversion by branch, not anecdotes.

What makes Conciergr different

Figures for other products are from each vendor's own pricing page, checked on 24 September 2026, unless the source is named.

One flat price, with nothing counted

Front Desk is £49 a month for unlimited conversations, so your busiest month costs the same as your quietest. respond.io prices by monthly active contact (its Growth plan is $159 a month on annual billing for 1,000 contacts, then $12 per extra 100), and Wati, ManyChat and SleekFlow also price by contacts. On Wati, AI and automated replies pause once a plan's contact limit is reached.

The assistant is included, not an add-on

Every Conciergr plan answers with the assistant from day one. Wati sells its AI assistant, Astra, as an add-on of $79.20 to $99 a month, and only on its Pro plan and above; respond.io's entry Starter plan does not include its AI agents.

Your own documents are the brain, and edits go live in minutes

The assistant answers from a Google Doc and a Google Sheet in your own Drive. Change a price or a timetable there and the assistant follows within minutes. Wati, ManyChat and SleekFlow learn from uploaded files, web pages or typed answers that have to be retrained or rescanned by hand after a change, respond.io takes uploaded files and links but not Google Sheets, and Meta's own Business AI learns from your Facebook Page, website, past chats and uploaded files, with no link to a live Doc or Sheet.

Money back on a wrong answer

Every reply is logged with the section of your documents it came from. If a reply ever states something about your business that your documents don't support, that month's subscription is waived. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Month-to-month, with a trial of everything

Every new customer gets 30 days of the full Everything plan, and a business that never picks a plan continues on Front Desk, the lowest-priced one. There is no contract and no setup fee, and setup comes with a guarantee: if the assistant isn't answering real customers within 14 days of the number being connected and the documents checking out, we work with you free until it is. SleekFlow, by comparison, charges S$1,299 for its optional 60-day onboarding on plans below Premium.

The team behind Conciergr

Joshua Wong, founder. Conciergr was founded in Singapore in 2026 by Joshua Wong, who runs LONUT, a small software studio. It started as the WhatsApp assistant for a Singapore tuition chain whose front desks could not answer parents mid-lesson, and grew into a product as more tuition and enrichment centres asked for the same thing.

Founder-led. The person who built Conciergr answers every email, so the answer comes from someone who knows the product line by line. Joshua is on X as @joshuawwy. He has no LinkedIn account, so a LinkedIn profile in his name isn't him.

How Conciergr works

Setup in three steps. Connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's official sign-up, keeping the WhatsApp Business app on your phones. Put your prices, timetables and policies into a Google Doc and Sheet from our templates. Then switch the assistant on in your Portal when it reads right. It answers from your documents within minutes, and setup is guaranteed within 14 days.

Your team stays in the loop. Every conversation appears in your WhatsApp Business app, and staff can step in at any time. When a customer needs a person, your team gets an alert on WhatsApp with the conversation in full. Phone calls still ring your phone, as always.

Talking to us. Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply within one business day, Singapore time, from the founder. Every setting (tone, opening message, branches, handover numbers, plan and billing) lives in your Portal, so changes never wait on us.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind Conciergr?

Conciergr was founded in Singapore in 2026 by Joshua Wong and is provided by LONUT (UEN 53462899X). It is founder-led: the person who built it answers every email.

Is Conciergr an AI chatbot?

Yes, it is an AI assistant, and it says so if a customer asks. It answers only from the business's own Google Doc and Sheet, and hands anything it cannot answer, or anything sensitive, to a person on the team.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. Conciergr connects to the number you already use, and your team keeps the WhatsApp Business app on their phones. Replies appear there like any other sent message, and staff can step in at any time.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month and cancel from the Portal. Every new customer starts with a 30-day trial of everything, and annual billing gives two months free.

How is Conciergr different from Wati or respond.io?

Conciergr is one flat monthly price with the assistant included and nothing counted, while Wati and respond.io price by monthly active contacts. It answers from a Google Doc and Sheet you already keep, and if a reply ever states something your documents do not support, that month's fee is waived.

How do I contact Conciergr?

Email [email protected]. Every email gets a reply within one business day, Singapore time, and every answer is in writing so you can share it with your team.
