This connects your business's WhatsApp number to Conciergr's automated customer-reply service, using Meta's official signup flow. You stay in control: you approve the connection with your own Facebook business account, and you can disconnect at any time.
Step 1 — sign in with Google
The Google account you sign in with becomes the owner account for your Conciergr dashboard — you'll use it to manage your documents and settings.
Setting up another business on this Google account? Start a new signup — it gets its own subscription and its own 30-day trial.
Step 2 — add your card
Your 30-day trial starts as soon as your card is added, with everything included. You won't be charged today — we'll email you three days before your first charge, and cancelling before then costs nothing. The card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
Step 3 — connect your WhatsApp number
Your number must already be on the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Connecting also imports a one-time copy of this number's recent WhatsApp chat history (about six months). We keep it so your assistant knows what returning customers have already discussed with you, and we analyse it once, after masking contact details such as phone numbers and emails, via our AI provider, to draft a starting knowledge document and a tone description for you to check and use. It is never used to train AI models, and it is deleted 90 days after your subscription ends or whenever you ask. Your phone's WhatsApp Business app keeps working as before, and your assistant stays paused until you switch it on in your portal. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Meta will ask you to approve Conciergr. The next screens also show LONUT, the company that provides Conciergr and is Meta's approved partner for connecting WhatsApp numbers.
